President Bush addresses a Joint Session of Congress and the nation. (09/20/01)
Full Speech (audio)

John Vanderlinden, with Tree House Design in New York, watched the World Trade Center's twin towers collapse from the top of the Chelsea Design Center Tuesday. Vanderlinden first saw the burning towers when he got off the subway on the way to work at 23rd and 6th Ave., about 4 miles away from the WTC. When he reached his office a few blocks away, he watched as the towers collapsed.
