Developments related to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks:

- Airstrikes on Kandahar in southern Afghanistan target compound where Osama bin Laden's followers had lived and trained. Taliban claims at least 115 people killed nationwide in fourth night of strikes.

- Taliban says bin Laden restricted from carrying out attacks from Afghanistan.

- Pakistani government says U.S. military personnel arrived on the ground and Americans were granted use of several Pakistani air bases in connection with the confrontation over bin Laden.

- President Bush to attend memorial ceremony Thursday at the Pentagon to mark one-month anniversary of terrorist attacks; memorial planned at World Trade Center in New York for lost firefighters, police.

- Bush unveils list of 22 most-wanted terrorists, including bin Laden and several associates.

- Bush administration urges caution by media networks in broadcasting prerecorded communications from bin Laden and associates in case they contain coded instructions for fresh strikes.

- Philippines officials say United States will provide intelligence, training and equipment to help fight Islamic militants.

- Anti-U.S. protests hit Indonesia for fourth consecutive day. Protesters also march in Karachi, Pakistan.

- China calls for foreign support in its fight against Muslim separatists in its far west, saying it has evidence that they had links to terrorists abroad.

- Justice Department plans task force that will handle prosecutions of terrorists and gather information to prevent further attacks, instead of leaving cases to U.S. attorney's offices.

- U.S. water system operators ask for $5 billion from Congress to protect drinking water and wastewater plants from terrorism.

- Canada says it will spend $165 million on new anti-terrorism and security measures, including increased border security.

- Federal authorities say a third person in Florida has tested positive for anthrax and a criminal investigation is under way.

- Authorities say 4,815 people missing at the World Trade Center and 422 confirmed dead. Death tolls unchanged at Pentagon (189) and at Pennsylvania crash site (44).
